About Me

My husband and I hired Lisa to provide a family nutrition and meal planning program and our experience working with her has been incredible. Lisa took the time to really understand both our individual and family’s needs and tailored a plan to specifically help manage our multi-faceted goals. Our daughter is both gluten and lactose intolerant, which can be a challenge at times, not to mention being full-time working parents with limited time to spend in the kitchen.
